What is Mindfulness? Don’t Use Words

What is Mindfulness?

Don’t use words.

Eat the apple like it’s the first time.

Walk as if each step will turn the ground into gold.

Look into your child’s eyes and listen with a full heart.

Trace the wrinkles on your mum’s skin and sense the warm of her hands.

‘I’m a failing’ is.. but a passing thought.

Kindness to your own pain.

Each moment Anew.

Breathe.

Sense.

Now.

Don’t use words.
