Not another ‘just breathe and feel good’ event. This is a truly immersive 8-week mindfulness program that will challenge your being, help you to break through blindspots and see clearly the nature of your mind. This is a small intimate group which will allow for deeper self-inquiry and group sharing.

For all who have completed the 8-week Mindfulness program or Intensive Experiential (E.g. MBCT, MBCT-L, MBSR, 5-day MBCT Experiential)
