What does it take for us to look inwards?
I watched this really interesting documentary call ‘Alpha Go’, it’s about the development of AI to play the game GO against the world champion. And human lost.
It was like a meditative experience watching this documentary and a huge moment of awakening for me. We don’t need religious talks, books or teachings to have a spiritual experience. When we open to turning inwards, it seems like awakening can happen with anything.
In this case, the world champion, with no other human being to face, had to face himself. When we are competing or is striving for something, who is our greatest enemy? Is it really the competitor or is it ourselves?
