Forget about thinking positive.

Life kinda sucks right now.

Yes it does.

I feel scared and out of control.

Who wouldn’t.

You don’t have to force yourself into positivity right now.

Just noticing it’s negative.

And that’s OK.

Strength is also derived from seeing things just as they are
